Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 business days. During busy seasons or special launches, this may take a little longer—but we’ll always keep you updated.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class as standard. You can upgrade to Tracked 48 at checkout if you’d like extra peace of mind.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days.

UK Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that postal delays can happen, especially during holidays or strikes—we appreciate your patience.

Local delivery/collection is available by arrangement—just choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll be in touch to arrange.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK only. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, double check your spam folder just in case.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 days of dispatch, please contact us at havencandles@icloud.com and we’ll help track it down.

Address Accuracy

Please double check your shipping address at checkout. Haven Candles is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect shipping information.
