Who We Are
At Haven Candles, every candle and wax melt is hand-poured with care. What began as a creative escape from a busy nursing career has grown into a passion for crafting luxurious, calming fragrances that bring balance to everyday life. Inspired by the dramatic landscapes of my home country of Scotland and the ever-changing coastal weather of the Ards Peninsula, where I now live, each scent is thoughtfully chosen to transport you to your haven — whether that's breathing in a fresh sea breeze, unwinding in a serene spa, or curling up in the comforting warmth of home.
We believe luxury should be kind—to you, and to the planet. That’s why our wax melts and candles are made using natural waxes: soy, and a rapeseed and coconut blend. These plant-based waxes are biodegradable, vegan-friendly, and free from palm oil and paraffin. Rapeseed and coconut wax, in particular, offers a lower carbon footprint and are sourced from sustainable, non-GM crops grown within Europe. All Haven products are hand-poured in small batches and fully compliant with current UK and EU safety regulations, including CLP labelling—so you can enjoy your haven with peace of mind.
