Refund Policy

Eligibility:

Returns are accepted for unused candles and wax melts in their original packaging.

Timeframe:

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

​

Condition:

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Process:

To initiate a return, please contact us at havencandles@icloud.com or call 07968285039. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the next steps.

Refunds or Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. Exchanges are available for eligible items.

​

Exceptions:

Custom or personalized products, and items damaged after delivery, are not eligible for return.
